Do I have to provide credit card data or other payment data to test ditix?
No. No credit card or payment details are required for the trial account . At the start, 100 ticket credits are stored in the account for free use.
Can I continue to use the test account as my ticket shop later?
Yes . All data is retained in its entirety.
Your shop will be active and ready for use as soon as you have connected your payment service providers (Stripe and/or PayPal).
Are there liabilities or monthly costs as a result of the use?
No . There are No obligations and no monthly costs - not even with an activated account. You can either use ditix flexibly via one-time top-up ticket credits that remain permanently stored in your account or optionally opt for a flat rate if it's worth it for you.
Do I need a payment service provider such as PayPal or Stripe immediately?
No . You need a payment service provider only if you actually want to sell tickets online .
As soon as you connect PayPal or Stripe, your Ticket shop automatically activated.
How quickly can I sell tickets?
As a rule, within approx. 15 minutes if you already have an account, such as PayPal or Stripe.
Create an event, define ticket types, approve the shop – and the sale can start.
Do I really have the first 100 tickets completely free?
Yes. In your test account, already 100 ticket credits for free use.
You can use them for e.g. Free tickets, on-site tickets or to test the entire ticket flow.
Once you've created your shop through the Connection of a payment service provider (e.g. PayPal or Stripe), you can activate them 100 tickets also for regular, paid Sales.
