Digital vouchers now available in your ditix ticket shop
We are pleased to introduce you to a new feature that makes your ticket sales even more flexible, modern and customer-friendly: From now on, you can offer digital vouchers in your ditix shop – including the import of existing voucher stocks. Vouchers are not only a popular gift, but also a great way to generate additional sales and expand your offer regardless of event dates.
What the new voucher function can do
Flexible voucher values
You are free to choose how your vouchers are offered:
- Fixed values (e.g. €20, €50, €100)
- Flexible values where the buyer determines the amount himself
This allows you to optimally tailor your offer to your target group.
Individual validity period By default, coupons are valid for 36 months, but you can adjust this requirement at any time.
Instant digital deployment After purchase, the voucher is automatically created and immediately delivered digitally.
Perfect for:
- Last-minute gifts
- spontaneous purchases
- Sharing via email or messenger
Redemption directly at checkout Your buyers can simply enter the voucher in the payment process. The corresponding amount will be calculated automatically
Import existing vouchers
For organizers who switch to ditix or have previously used external voucher systems, there is now an important addition:
Voucher import for a seamless transition
You can easily import existing voucher data via CSV or Excel file.
This ensures a smooth transition for your customers – without manual rework and without old voucher codes losing their validity.
Import, among other things:
- existing voucher codes
- Voucher values
- Remaining credit
- Validity dates
This allows you to completely replace your previous systems and manage all vouchers centrally in ditix.
Clean accounting processing
The accounting logic is fully integrated into ditix:
- Voucher sales are shown with 0% VAT (means of payment)
- The turnover subject to VAT only arises when it is redeemed
- Open voucher balances and redemptions automatically appear in the monthly financial report
- No manual post-processing necessary
This means that your financial accounting remains accurate and fully documented at all times.
